Orléans Town Centre Master Development

Project highlights

Ottawa, ON

Taking on the role of master developer, Forum entered a public-private partnership with the City of Ottawa in 2006 to develop a new town centre in Orléans on 19 acres of vacant land owned by the City.

The transit-oriented, three-stage development plan, representing a total investment of more than C$225 million, includes the Shenkman Arts Centre, a hotel, two office buildings, retail and commercial space, a seniors’ home, seniors’ condos, mixed residential units, a new gymnasium, green space and all supporting infrastructure, including a public roadway.

From applying structured finance to real-estate, and public-private partnerships to renewable energy — Our portfolio reflects our approach to targeting niche market opportunities.
