Forum Equity Partners has entered a public-private partnership with the City of Ottawa, wherein Forum is the Master Developer of a new town centre in the community of Orleans (east Ottawa) on 19 acres of vacant land currently owned by the City of Ottawa.

The three stage development plan represents a total investment of more than $225 million. The complete project includes an arts and cultural centre, a hotel, 2 office buildings, retail and commercial space, a seniors home, seniors' condos, mixed residential units and green space.
