Forum entered a Private Public Partnership with the City of Ottawa to acquire the Client Service Centre (CSC) building in 2007.

The three-storey office building is located at 255 Centrum Boulevard and contains a gross building area of approximately 41,000 square feet, plus a below grade parking garage for 73 parking spaces. The building was constructed in 1989 and was the former City Hall of Cumberland.

The property is managed by Johnson Controls.
