The property, located in Calgary Alberta, covers an entire city block in the downtown Beltline district of Calgary. Ontario Power Generation occupies a 100,000 square foot suburban office building developed by Forum on a design-build-lease and operate basis. The property is located at 777 Brock Road, Pickering, Ontario and is managed on behalf of Forum by Brookfield Lepage Johnson Controls (www.bljc.com). Forum Equity Partners entered into a Public Private Partnership with the City of Ottawa to design-build-lease and operate a $22 million, 100,000 square foot facility which now serves as the headquarters for the Ottawa Paramedic Services. Construction began in the late fall of 2004. The building was delivered on time and on budget in December 2005. Aecon Buildings Inc. (www.aecon.com) served as the design build contractor and Tramell Crow Company (www.trammellcrow.com) are responsible for the day to day property and facility management. More...

HAMILTON REALTY CAPITAL CORPORATION
Forum, through its subsidiary, Hamilton Realty Capital Corporation, has entered into a joint venture agreement with the City of Hamilton to engage in renewal of the downtown core. The initiative's objective, through co-investment between Forum and the City of Hamilton, is to invest approximately $40 million in renewal and development in downtown Hamilton throughout the inital term of the partnership. |

Acquired in 2005, 104 rue Lois is a 46,871 square foot, three storey office building located in Gatineau (formerly Hull), Quebec. The property is 100% leased to four tenants with the major tenant being L'Agence de Devéloppement de Réseaux Locaux de Service de Santé et de Services Sociaux de L'Outaouais, an organization funded by the Province of Quebec. The property is owned and managed by Forum Equity Partners Inc.

In 2006 Forum Equity Partners acquired a national portfolio of 47 Speedy Muffler and Brake locations in a sale leaseback transaction with SMK International who simultaneously entered into a long-term lease for the properties. More...
