| Transaction Size: |
We will look beyond transaction size in establishing or building a strategic relationship. Typically, we are focused on transactions with a value greater than $30 million. Public private partnerships with Municipalities will depend on structure - generally $30M or greater. Public private partnerships with Provincial sponsors generally $75 - $250M |
| Asset Type: |
All (or primarily) single tenant/single user asset types including industrial, office, retail, manufacturing or special purpose stand-alone buildings or portfolios. |
| Lease Term: |
6 years or longer |
| Lease Types: | Bondable, triple net or double net. |
| Income Currency: | CAD or USD |
| Geography: |
Canada and U.S. |
| Tenant Credit: |
Investments in assets leased to public or private companies; investment grade, sub-investment grade and non-rated companies will be considered. |
| Structures: |
More complex lease structures can be customized to meet specific GAAP, economic or operating requirements. |
