Forum is building a mixed use project on lands leased from the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (“CAMH”) at Queen and Ossington Streets in Downtown Toronto.
The project consists of 190 residential units and 22,000 square feet of retail space. The lands were obtained through an extensive RFP process. Forum and the firm's joint venture partner Verdiroc Developments Inc. secured funding for the affordable housing units as a result of an RFP process run by the City of Toronto.
The project is expected to be completed by Q4 2011.
